•  Group Opening (about 5 minutes)

•  Instruction and Overview by Michelle and Scott (about 10 minutes)

•  Group Sharing (about 40 minutes)

•  Group Closing (about 5 minutes)

We start with the Group Opening from Scott's The Magical Secret Action Guide. We then spend about 10 minutes setting the frame for that particular meeting. After that, members of the mastermind group will contribute where they're at in their lives in the context of the theme of the meeting. Each member then shares an action item they commit to completing before the following meeting and for which they will be held accountable. The meeting ends with the Group Closing from Scott's book. You don't need to have any of Scott's books to participate in this mastermind.

This  mastermind must have at least 6 people committed to participating and is limited to a maximum of 12 people.

In addition to the weekly mastermind meetings, members will be paired up into accountability buddies. It is expected that accountability buddies will check in with each other by phone or by email on a daily basis.

And you just might have some surprise, periodic email visits or calls from Michelle or Scott.

The power of group work is in being together, learning from each other, and supporting each other’s growth.  It only becomes magical when you attend, and agree to keep other people’s sharing confidential.  It is *The Most Magical Secret* after all!

If you cannot attend 1 or 2 meetings, Michelle or Scott will contact you by phone or email and give you a brief summary of what was discussed in the session you missed. Because we value your privacy and authenticity, we will not be sharing recordings of any session with those who might not be able to attend.
