Set aside 20 minutes of your day (if you don’t have 20 minutes to spare, perhaps you need to watch the video twice).

Create some sacred space for yourself. Then watch and listen to the video.

Simply relax and let the video “do its thing.” (If you don’t want to commit to 20 minutes, I have some other options for you to consider later.)

Does The Discovery Meditation™ Really Work?

Well, let’s start with some background so you can decide if this is for you.

This meditation is a 17-minute video that I designed for my own use. (I’ve suggested you set aside 20 minutes for some additional exploration that I will outline a little further down the page.)

This was originally created as an alignment and oneness tool that I needed at what I thought was a particularly stressful and negative time. You know those anxiety-ridden times when your survival instincts scream to be heard and then grab you in the gut and won’t let you go . . . the flight, fight, or freeze response? Well, I found myself in a particularly nasty place where I needed to keep reminding myself that I was safe. My usual practice wasn’t doing quite what I needed.

I realized that my self-talk was the problem.

I needed to reprogram it.

And I needed to do it quickly.

I dug in and reflected on my situation, challenges, and the nagging questions I had. That night I had one of the most vivid dreams ever. I was in a room with a kind gentleman and I was delivering a passionate dissertation. It was like the content was literally flowing through me. Upon waking, the entire download of the night’s remarkable adventure was available . . .

The Discovery Meditation™ was born.

Ordinarily, I would keep something like this to myself. After all, my imagination is not for everyone (just ask my close friends and family). But . . . as I played back the video that emerged, I found myself as strongly moved as ever.

I then shared the video with a few others.

They were visibly moved, as well.

To put it another way, I observed - firsthand - that this video has something for everyone.

If you will just let it works it magic.

How Does The Discovery Meditation™ Work?

One of the best ways to describe what you’re about to watch is: sacred gentleness.

It might also be thought of as a way to give yourself a new and more significant self-talk sequence.

Some have used the term “freeing.”

Some have called it “healing.”

Some have even described it as “a religious experience.”

I believe that The Discovery Meditation™ has as many different messages as there are people who experience it.

Its message is straightforward.

“You are safe and loved.”

If that’s not what some have called “divine simplicity,” I don’t know what is.

The Discovery Meditation™ Carries You

The verb “carry” means to move something while supporting it.

I think that describes what you will experience better than anything.

You will be transported for 17 minutes to a place that is safe and loving.

You will be encouraged, assisted, and given aid, as well.

In other words, you don’t need to do anything but watch and listen. Simply allow the video take you along on its momentary journey.

The interesting thing that I - and others - have found . . . is that the experience doesn’t stop when the video ends.

When I say that The Discovery Meditation™ carries you, I mean just that.

It starts to hang out with you from the very first viewing.

And the more you use it, the more it becomes part of you.

That’s a good thing.

A very good thing.

The Discovery Meditation™ wording and intent were important acts of rediscovery for me.

How to Use The Discovery Meditation™

STEP ONE. At the beginning of your session, take a few moments and think about your life, how you feel, what you are experiencing, or anything that is capturing your attention.

STEO TWO. Click on the video above and you will get immediate, free access to The Discovery Meditation™.


STEP THREE. Set aside about 20 minutes of your day (or night). I like to use The Discovery Meditation™ in the morning as a way to start the day.

STEP FOUR. Then watch and listen.

That’s it.

When you’re done with the video, take the extra step and journal about the thoughts, feelings, inspiration, and images that were shown to you.

Finally, take some massive action to manifest what is truly important to you.


I recommend that you create a consistent ritual, practice, or habit of watching The Discovery Meditation™ for at least 7 days to allow the messages to work their charm and to install themselves. (Better yet, commit to watching and listening for 21 days and using it together with the 21-day program from my book, The Most Magical Secret .)

Once you've done a deep dive into the meditation, you can then decide if you want to enhance what you've experienced by supplementing the video with some additional, bonus tools. You don't need them. What you're getting here is profound and enough to keep you sustained when turned into a systematic practice.


Please don’t play The Discovery Meditation™ while you’re driving or operating equipment or doing anything else that requires your attention. It is intended to be watched and listened to in a dedicated space of 20 minutes. You will be using your dedicated space as a reprogramming tool.

I recommend that you play the video once a day. Of course, you can view and listen to it based on the inspiration of the moment, as well. I find that frequent and consistent use of the video is best. In fact, I continue to use it (and some other tools) all the time and find that I’m as moved and motivated as when it was first created.
